I guess it's what I do now.

Being pathetic, I mean. While I could probably pass it off as "I'm really interested in social dynamics and that's why I did it," I won't lie and I'll say that I just Googled "how to become popular on DeviantArt" because I was curious as to how it happens (now I realize you actually have to be talented--so there's my problem). Instead of anything helpful, I got a bunch of sarcastic crap like this:

...basically the same type of stuff I'd deliver if I was in their position--you know, the position of having actual watchers and actual people who think they're good at what they do--but since I'm not and the "art" that will make you "popular" (again, totally unhelpful) is the Naruto original characters that I squeeze out every once in a while, I kind of feel...STUPID.
For whatever reason I live with the feeling that people are always judging me (is that weird?), and now I know they are because of news like that. So it leaves me with two options:

1. Just stop submitting altogether the junk I hardly produce now?

or

2. Submit something more appealing to larger numbers of people?

I feel like going away completely since I can't call myself a real artist. Or at least, not a real DeviantArtist.
Haha.
